At Earthsavers Spa + Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and wellness purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on most unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the items with the original packing slip and clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
